The 2022 NSS Convention vendor area will be open from June 13 to June 17.
To set up at an NSS Convention, your goods must be cave or bat oriented. There is latitude but if you have a question please contact the vendor chair.
The indoor vendor area will be the outer hallway of the arena in the events center. Spaces will be 20 or 30 feet wide by 20 feet deep with pipe and drape between them. The front of each booth will have 4 foot high pipe and drape. Vendors will be spaced along the wall. Shared spaces will be available. We will not be selling anything smaller than the 20 x 20 but let us know if you want to split a space and we will find a partner for you. If you need less space we suggest you become involved in working with the Caver Co-Op. There will not be an outside vending area this year.
Not for profit groups or sections may have a single free table which will also be set up in the events center. Nothing may be sold from these tables except memberships. Please notify us if you would like a table. We cannot guarantee one if we are not notified at least two weeks in advance of the convention.
